Dealing with any kind of mental health struggle is nothing to be joked about. But anyone who's tried to work on themselves knows that it's all a spectrum. Even if you know you have some anxiety-provoking things to work through, we also have the little things day to day that is borderline humorous. While going through it all in the moment, it's definitely not funny, but after some time has passed, who says we can't laugh at ourselves a little bit? We all have different coping mechanisms for dealing with the obstacles that come our way, for many of us it's going to be humor. Dark humor probably, but still humor.
